Flint joined the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team as an assistant coach in 2020-21 before being promoted to associate head coach in May 2021.

Rondo, a former NBA champion, has also been seen back on campus in Lexington recently. He’s taking classes to finish his degree and is rumored to have mutual interest with the Kentucky basketball program in joining as a student assistant for next season.
