Kentucky Men's Basketball Summer Camps Return for 2023 with Six Options Available

Get the kids ready for some summer fun and learning the game of basketball. The Kentucky men’s basketball team is preparing to host its annual summer camps, which are set to begin in June. Six sessions will be offered, including three Father/Son camps, one Father/Daughter camp, an overnight session, and a “Camp Cal” for commuters.

Father/Son camps will be held on June 9-10, June 16-17, and June 23-24 at the University of Kentucky. These camps are open to boys between the ages of 7-17 and their fathers. The cost of attendance for the overnight option is $205 per person, while the commuter option is $185 per person.

A Father/Daughter camp will be held on June 18 at the University of Kentucky. Girls between the ages of 7-17 and their fathers are welcome to attend. The cost of attendance is $120 per person.

The overnight camp will be held on June 11-14 and is open to boys aged 7-18. The cost of attendance for the overnight option is $495 per person, while the commuter option is $390 per person.

Lastly, a “Camp Cal” for commuters will be held on June 19-22 at the University of Kentucky. This camp is open to boys between the ages of 7-18 and the cost of attendance is $435 per person.

All camps will be held on the University of Kentucky campus and will feature the facilities of the men’s basketball program. Certified athletic trainers will be available at each site, along with basketball staff members to assist with any questions or concerns. The goal of these camps is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers to maximize their basketball experience.

Registration is now open and spaces are limited. UK recommends online registration as the fastest and most efficient method for registering campers. After completing registration, campers will receive a confirmation email with details on necessary documents and items needed for camp. Any questions regarding the camps can be directed to the men’s basketball camp line at 859-257-9457 or 859-257-1916, or via email at ukmbbcamps@uky.edu.
