Four Kentucky basketball recruits who have committed to playing for the University of Kentucky have been selected to participate in the prestigious 2023 Iverson Classic. The announcement was made on Monday, and the event will take place in Memphis on a date yet to be determined.

The four Kentucky signees who were selected are Aaron Bradshaw, Robert Dillingham, Justin Edwards, and DJ Wagner. They were among the 26 players picked to participate in the seventh annual event. Kentucky had the most players selected for the event, tied with Duke.

Aaron Bradshaw is a 6-foot-8 forward from Louisville, Kentucky. Bradshaw is a 4-star and is the #43 player in the country for the class of 2023, according to 247Sports. Bradshaw is known for his versatility and athleticism on the court.

Robert Dillingham is a 6-foot-2 point guard from Charlotte, North Carolina. Dillingham is rated as a 5-star and the #17 player in the country for the class of 2023, according to 247Sports. Dillingham is known for his quickness, scoring ability, and passing skills.

Justin Edwards is a 6-foot-6 small forward from Concord, North Carolina. Edwards is a 4-star prospect and the #34 player in the country for the class of 2023, according to 247Sports. Edwards is known for his athleticism, versatility, and defensive skills.

DJ Wagner is a 6-foot-3 shooting guard from Camden, New Jersey. Wagner a 5-star and the #4 player in the country for the class of 2023, according to 247Sports. Wagner is the son of former NBA player Dajuan Wagner and the grandson of former NBA player Milt Wagner. He is known for his scoring ability, ball-handling skills, and basketball IQ.

All four Kentucky signees were also selected to participate in the McDonald’s All-American Game. Edwards and Wagner were named finalists for the Naismith Boys High School Player of the Year award, and Edwards and Dillingham will also compete in the Nike Hoop Summit. These four players, along with another highly rated recruit Reed Sheppard, make up Kentucky’s 2023 signing class, which is currently ranked as the No. 1 recruiting class in the country by 247Sports.
