Merissah Russell is a talented Junior Guard from Ottawa, Ontario, currently playing for the Louisville Cardinals. In the 2022-23 season, Russell has been showing off her skills on the court, with several impressive performances.

In another game, Russell achieved a career-high 13 points, along with four rebounds, two assists, and a steal against Boston College. In a game against Longwood, Russell had her best performance yet, scoring 11 points, making four field goals, three steals, and three three-pointers, all career-highs. She also tied her career high of two steals and set a season high of five points in a win against Belmont.
