The Boone Tennis Center will once again host the ITA Kickoff Weekend, where Kentucky will face Alabama, Nebraska, and Notre Dame on January 26-27. The team that emerges victorious from this tournament will advance to the ITA Division I National Men’s Team Indoor Championships, to be held in February at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York.

Stoops led Kentucky to a 38-31 win over the No. 9 Louisville Cardinals on the road last Saturday, which is the highest-ranked win in his tenure. This victory also extended Stoops’ school records for most wins (73) and most wins against ranked opponents (13). It marks the fourth consecutive season that Stoops’ squad has defeated two ranked opponents.
