Freshman Brooklyn DeLeye led the way with 18 kills, followed by Elise Goetzinger with 13, Erin Lamb with 12, and Azhani Tealer with 12. The Wildcats attacked at an impressive .360 clip, while holding Texas A&M to just .211.

Despite a strong effort from the Cardinals, who hit .186 with seven aces and nine blocks as a team, it was Georgia Tech who had the upper hand. Outside hitter Charitie Luper led the way for Louisville with 15 kills, two aces, four digs, and two blocks, while middle blocker Phekran Kong contributed 13 kills and three blocks.
