The University of Louisville is proud to welcome their new addition, midfielder Viktoria Wik to the women’s soccer team. Hailing from Denmark, Wik played for HB Koge in the Kvindeligaen League before joining the Louisville Cardinals. She is known for her skills as an attacking player and her ability to make quick and explosive moves in one-on-one situations. Her high-level international experience in soccer will allow her to transition to the ACC level quickly. The team’s coach, Karen Ferguson-Dayes, is excited to have her be a part of the roster for the upcoming season.
HB Koge is a women’s soccer team in Denmark that competes in the Kvindeligaen League. She was also selected for a Euro Qualification round with the U-17 squad, but it was unfortunately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
