Prior to the camp, the coaches will communicate with each participant and their parent or guardian to determine their specific goals and tailor the training accordingly. This personalized approach ensures that each diver gets the most out of their experience.

Admission to the meet is free and fans can also stream all sessions live on SECN+ or follow along with live results via the Meet Mobile app. The meet will begin with prelims at 9:30 a.m. each day followed by finals at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 5 p.m. on Friday.

The No. 12/3-ranked Louisville Cardinals have been on a break since their last meet on October 12th against the University of Tennessee. The meet proved to be a thrilling one, with the men’s team pulling off a stunning upset by defeating the No. 6-ranked Tennessee team with a final score of 156-144. On the other hand, the women’s team narrowly missed out on a victory, falling to the Lady Vols by a close margin of 152-148 at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.

Cardinals Read: No. 12/3 Swimming and Diving Team Secures Split against No. 17/NR Notre Dame
The Louisville women’s team produced multiple event winners, including Gabi Albiero, Lucy Mehraban, Kim Herkle, and Christiana Regenauer. Albiero won the 200 fly, 100 fly, and was part of the 200 Medley Relay. Mehraban emerged victorious in the 200 free, 100 free, and 400 Free Relay. Herkle showcased her talent in the 100 breast, 200 breast, and 200 Individual Medley. Regenauer contributed to the 200 Medley Relay, won the 50 free, and was part of the 400 Free Relay. Lindsay Gizzi also made an impact, sweeping both diving boards.
