Calling all young pitchers and hitters! The Kentucky Pitching Academy and Kentucky Hitting Academy are back and ready to help you take your skills to the next level. These camps are open to grades 6-12 and will be held at John Cropp Stadium Indoor, located at 556 Wildcat Ct in Lexington, KY.
The Kentucky Pitching Academy will take place on November 27, December 4, and December 11 from 6pm to 7pm. Pitchers must bring their own catcher, whether it be a parent, guardian, teammate, friend, or sibling. Camp check-in will open up 30 minutes prior to the start time.
For those interested in the Wildcat Pitching Academy, you’re in luck! It will also be held on November 27, December 4, and December 11, but from 7pm to 8pm. Just like the Kentucky Pitching Academy, pitchers must provide their own catcher.
If hitting is more your style, then the Kentucky Hitting Academy is the camp for you. Open to grades 7-12, this camp will take place on November 28, December 5, and December 12. Camp check-in will open 30 minutes prior to the start time, so make sure to arrive early to get warmed up and ready to swing for the fences.
Like the pitching camps, the Kentucky Hitting Academy will have two different time slots to choose from. The first session will run from 6pm to 7pm, while the second session will be from 7pm to 8pm. Both sessions will be held at John Cropp Stadium Indoor.
