The Kentucky women’s soccer team and head coach Troy Fabiano have revealed their 2024 recruiting class on National Signing Day. The class consists of 16 high school seniors from 12 different states, all set to join the team for the 2024 season. She has had an impressive youth career, playing for the No. 2 ranked ECNL team and reaching the national semifinals and finals. Ella Dykstra from St. Joseph, Missouri is another notable addition, having been selected for the ODP Regional and National Teams.
Sydni Fink, a winger from Naperville, Illinois, is a two-time starter on the Illinois State ODP Team and has won multiple state and regional championships. Avery Lampe, a center back from Medina, Minnesota, was named All Conference in high school, and Michelle Moskau from Cumming, Georgia, was a key player in back-to-back state championships for her high school team.
Another standout signee is Marilia Nieves Melchor from Clover, South Carolina. She has a decorated athletic family background, with her father having played in the MLB and her mother being a professional volleyball player. Jasmine Nixon from Fort Mill, South Carolina, is the captain of the Charlotte Soccer Academy and has earned multiple regional and conference honors.
Gaby Rourke, a goalkeeper from Jacksonville, Florida, has been recognized as a top player in her conference and has also excelled in other sports such as football, volleyball, and softball. Anna Sikorski from Muskego, Wisconsin, boasts an impressive resume with multiple state championships and individual accolades.
Abigail Stager from Wexford, Pennsylvania, has scored an impressive 60 goals in her high school career, and Lexi Tylenda from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has been recognized as an All-WPIAL player. Reese Wilson from Knoxville, Tennessee, is an ECNL First Team All-Conference player and has even had artwork displayed in the National Museum of Art.
