Louisville Cardinals guards Mykasa Robinson and Hailey Van Lith have earned well-deserved recognition for their outstanding performances on the court, as both players received All-ACC honors for the 2022-2023 season.
Van Lith was named to the First Team All-ACC for the second straight season, while Robinson was honored by being added to the ACC All-Defensive Team award for the third straight year. Robinson’s achievement is particularly noteworthy, as she is the first player since 2017 to earn a spot on the All-Defensive Team for three straight seasons.
Robinson,the graduate student from Ashland Kentucky, has been the driving force behind the Cardinals’ success recently, leading the team in assists and steals per game. After being added to the starting lineup over the last eight games she is averaging an impressive 7.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 2.4 steals per game during that span.
The dynamic guard is also leading the ACC in assist/turnover ratio and ranks 23rd nationally. Her teammate, Van Lith, has also been a vital component of the Louisville Cardinals’ success this season, averaging an impressive 19.4 points per game, which is third in the ACC and ranks 26th nationally.
Van Lith, the 5’7″ Junior guard from Washington, has scored in double-figures in 28 of her 30 games played this season and has tallied an incredible 15 games with 20 or more points. In ACC play, she has been a dominant force, scoring 17 or more points in 15 of her 18 ACC conference games.
The Cards head to N.C. for the 2023 Ally ACC Women’s Basketball Tournament in Greensboro, N.C. as the No. 4 seed.
