Lunardi's Updated Bracketology Following First Day of Conference Tournaments

ESPN basketball analyst Joe Lunardi has recently released his latest bracketology, as the NCAA Tournament approaches with the regular season over and conference tournaments underway. Lunardi wrote that there are currently two virtual ties among the top five teams on the seed list. One of these ties is between Kansas and Alabama for the No. 1 overall seed, while the other is between the Bruins of UCLA and the Boilermakers of Purdue for the fourth spot on the top line. Lunardi believes that UCLA should be the No. 1 seed in the West, with Purdue taking the No. 2 seed in the South, based on common sense.

However, at the time of writing, ESPN had listed Texas A&M twice, as a seven seed in both the South and Midwest regions. It remains to be seen how this will affect the final seedings and placements in the tournament, but fans and analysts alike are scratching their heads on how this one will pan out.
