Louisville, KY – In a thrilling 38-31 victory over Miami, University of Louisville’s star quarterback, Jack Plummer, was recognized as one of the eight Manning Stars of the Week. Plummer’s exceptional performance included completing 24-of-37 passes for 309 yards and three touchdowns, making this his third three-touchdown game and 300-yard passing game of the season.

The senior quarterback’s most memorable play came in the final minutes of the game when he connected with wide receiver Kevin Coleman for a 58-yard scoring pass, ultimately securing the win for the Cardinals. This triumphant play also secured Louisville’s spot in their first-ever Atlantic Coast Conference title game against Florida State, which will take place on December 2nd at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In addition to the game-winning pass, Plummer also threw touchdown passes to tight end Nate Kurisky and offensive lineman Trevonte Sylvester. Plummer’s impressive fourth-quarter performance cannot be overlooked. He completed 6-of-7 passes for 103 yards, contributing significantly to the Cardinals’ 10th win of the season, a feat they haven’t achieved since 2013.

To close out the regular season, the Cardinals will be hosting their long-standing rivals, Kentucky, this Saturday at noon. With Plummer’s recent outstanding performance, all eyes will be on him as he leads his team into this highly anticipated matchup. Tune in to ABC to catch all the action.
